Superb value for money in a great location. The Transjakarta Bus Stop is right in front of the hotel. Very short distance to Glodok Chinatown and Kota historic area. Great street food nearby.

Near to busway, shopping centre, and night life.

I booked for non smoking room, but got a smooking room.

Its central location to malls, historical sites, and restaurants. Easily available transportation.

You should maintain your bathrooms better. Fawcet was leaking continuously. Such a waste of precious water.

The hotel I stayed in was in a great location, close to the old colonial town and opposite a bustling street. There was an MRT stop right in front of the hotel, which made getting around really easy. The room had classic interiors and was spacious, with large bay windows providing natural lighting. The bathroom was a bit small but had all the necessary amenities. The staff was well-trained, polite and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of food.

Although the whirlpool in the pool area was great, there were only two functional jets which was a bit disappointing.

I enjoy breakfast varieties. Mixed Asian Breakfast but still the menu need to improve a lot. ( 4 STAR hotel????? ) Shouldn't be that way.

1.No Newspaper provided to the room. 2. Your room service a bit slow even for banana fritters+ cheese. 3. No pool table at the bar and your bar a bit small. 4. Your room charges a bit expensive Rph 800000 per Superior Room / night without breakfast.

They should pay proper attention to one customer at a time. Not give attention to several customers at one time as it's time wasting. The checking out process proved that.

The carpets. Seem very old indeed. I am upset that I have to pay in a local currency. I expect to pay in usd as this was the currency that I booked and I cannot trust the hotel;s exchange rate. This is very unfair.

Spent new year at this hotel and it was affordable and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet had a variety of pastries and fruits. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was small and outdated. The bathroom faucet was difficult to use and the shower pressure was low.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the top attractions. The price was very reasonable considering the great service provided. The room was clean and comfortable, with top-notch amenities such as air conditioning, comfortable bedding, and a helpful staff. I especially loved the delicious local food options available within walking distance of the hotel.

While the hotel did its best to offer both smoking and non-smoking rooms, it was sometimes difficult to avoid the smell of cigarettes in the hallways. the room could have used more outlets for charging electronic devices.

No continental breakfast and the buffet is rich in indonesian food but really poor in American/English/Continental breakfast items. Staff is not really at the top.

Price is too expensive for such a tired looking and overrated hotel the decor and room were so old: the carpet stinks It was rather dirty Service was okay, nothing special, however the security was kind enough to help us to get the taxi ( I must credit the bell boy and security guard that helped us) I need to deposit to stay, like seriously? This is rather unpleasant In short, hotel needs renovation desperately
